what we all had (we did a five-course prix fixe menu):
1st course - gazpacho, tomato sorbet, olive oil
2nd course - ox tail dumpling
3rd course - baked halibut (the other couple had seared scallops, leeks, parmesan tomatoes, chicken jus)
4th course - roast lamb, baby turnips, brousse raviolis, basil jus
5th course - georgia peach, champagne sabayon
wine: we had the 5 course wine pairing which featured a different glass of wine for each dish we had. of course, the pairings were perfect.
