what i had:
appetizer - sauteed breast of quail with lentil salsa, daikon radish
main course - short ribs
dessert - chocolate fondant

what i aileen had:
appetizer - lobster
main course - baked rouget
dessert - pavlova

what celene had:
appetizer - peeky toe crab cake
main course - roast hare tenderloin, mushroom cannellonis, civet sauce
dessert - lemon tart

what dave had:
appetizer - foie gras terrine, apple confit, brioche toast
main course - roasted duck breast and leg confit
dessert - cafe joel

what marina had:
appetizer - truffle lasagna
main course - baked rouget
dessert - pavlova

wine: Louis Jadot, Beaujolais Villages, 2002

notes: the rouget had a light 'fishy' taste, something that is not common at this restaurant. definitely will avoid that from now on. the wine was excellent!
