people who are banned from choosing movies:
1. steven yuen, for Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever. If you want to see what a 0% on rotten tomatoes looks like, rent this movie.
2. jason yang and lillian mah for enjoying Ballistc. quote from lillian: "What did you NOT like about this movie?" they are a match made in heaven. jason's comment during 8-mile, pointing to a scene with Taryn Manning: "HEY! isn't that britney spears?!" "no jason... that's not britney spears." "but it looks like her!" "no jason, it does not." taryn manning
3. alex hertzberg, for Ghost Dog. honest to say, i don't know if it was that bad... but it's the only movie that has ever put me to sleep in the opening credits. i wasn't even tired. he also made us watch Groove, which wasn't a terrible movie, but...it was close.
people who are on the border
1. aileen reischl, for the movie with gwyenth paltrow and mike myers... something about being high in the sky, of being in the top... i can never remember the movie titles. i would have HATED this movie if it didn't have christina applegate, kelly preston, and gwyneth paltrow in bikinis, along with mike myers who always manages to save a movie.
