Joel (yes, we went again)
what i ate:
appetizer: ham mozzarella spring roll, tartar sauce; tuna tartar, avocado sorbet, daikon radish (the best appetizer ever, according to aileen)
main course: sliced pork belly, butternut squash caramelli, pork jus
dessert: ginger crème brûlée, pineapple carpaccio, cilantro
what aileen ate:
appetizer: salmon tartar, cauliflower tapenade, tomato chutney
main course: roast rabbit tenderloin, nicoise ratatouille, arugula salad
dessert: chestnut mandarin millefeuille
wine:
aileen had the pairings again (forget to write them down)
i again had THE VERY LAST BOTTLE of Marcelina, Cabernet, 1997. I was extremely pissed off that they had no more of my favorite wine. CRAP!
