nobu, las vegas

appetizer - kobe beef gyoza
main course - yellowtail with jalapeno, cod with miso, spicy tuna roll, toro tartare with caviar
dessert - mochi

nobu was really good. the yellowtail was out of this world. the spicy tuna and the toro tartare was just average however.
