joel (i've been there a few times since my last update, but marina was right - i need to update)

what marina had:
appetizer: peeky toe crab cakes
main course: poached sturgeon, onion tortellini, fennel, tomato emulsion
dessert: pavlova

what aileen had:
appetizer: peeky toe crab cakes
main course: roasted pheasant
dessert: pavlova

what dave had:
appetizer: pan seared foie gras
main course: roasted pheasant
dessert: georgia peach

what i had:
appetizer: pan seared foie gras
main course: lamb chop
dessert: chocolate mousse

pre-dessert: after eight
post-dessert: angel food cake, blueberry compote, lemon ice-cream

champagne: hetzinger, NV
wine: vorlay, 1998

pheasant and the pan seared foie gras were awesome!
